Return Policy
You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Product must be in original packaging
- Order ID or proof of purchase is required
- Product should not be damaged by the customer
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn products
- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Clearance or sale items
- Personalized or customized products
- Hygiene-related items (if applicable)
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you.
If your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5 business days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
- Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via Bank Transfer or UPI
Replacement Policy
If you receive:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item
- Missing product
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product photos or unboxing video.
We will provide:
- Free replacement, or
- Full refund
Return Shipping
- Customer needs to send the product to our return address
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If the product is damaged or wrong, we will cover return shipping cost
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
