Return Policy

You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Order ID or proof of purchase is required
  • Product should not be damaged by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products
  • Damaged items caused by misuse
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Hygiene-related items (if applicable)

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you.

If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5 business days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via Bank Transfer or UPI

Replacement Policy

If you receive:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item
  • Missing product

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product photos or unboxing video.

We will provide:

  • Free replacement, or
  • Full refund

Return Shipping

  • Customer needs to send the product to our return address
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If the product is damaged or wrong, we will cover return shipping cost

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
